Building the Organizational Blueprint for AI

The Human-AI Leadership Institute

HAILI works with the premise that AI transformation is decided at the level of the organization, not the model.

Everyone has the same models. Not everyone has the same organization. That's why successful AI transformation requires a strategy custom built for you. We help organizations work out what AI success actually means for them — and how to get there.

Why the organization

Why the organization, not the model.

The models won't set you apart.

Your competitors are using the same ones. What differs is everything around the model: how work gets redesigned, whether your proprietary context becomes an asset, and whether leaders can tell where AI creates value and where it quietly destroys it.

Most measurement asks the wrong question.

Pilots tend to get judged on adoption rates, time saved, or a productivity figure that came with the vendor's pitch. All of those numbers can move while nothing in the business actually changes. Success has to be defined in your terms, not the vendor's.

AI's biggest effects go unmeasured.

AI changes how knowledge moves through an organization, where decisions get made, and how roles evolve — often far beyond the team that adopted it. Nearly all evaluation today looks at the technology. Almost none of it looks at the organization, which is where these changes actually play out.

Readiness runs in both directions.

Whether the AI is ready for your organization matters as much as whether your organization is ready for AI. What does the AI need to be customized to work for you — and what does your organization need to redesign to make the most of it?

What we do

Diagnose. Design. Equip.

01

Diagnose

Rapid Readiness Assessment

Through our custom diagnostic instruments we ask: is the AI ready for your organization, and is your organization ready for AI? We deliver a map of where AI will create value in your business, where it will cause disruption, and what needs to change before you deploy.

02

Design

Success metrics built for your organization

Most AI initiatives are measured with the vendor's numbers. We help you define success in your terms, then build the evaluations to track it — so you know whether AI is creating value where you need it most.

03

Equip

Playbooks and leadership programs

We provide tactical guidance, playbooks, executive forums and leadership cohorts to help leaders confidently navigate their organization's AI transformation process. Developed and delivered with a network of frontier lab researchers, world-renowned faculty, and experts.

About

Frontier research, and the experience to act on it.

Our work draws on frontier AI research and organizational science, and on a network spanning frontier labs, MIT and Stanford, and Silicon Valley.

Our founding team bridges cutting-edge AI research with real-world business transformation, helping leadership teams turn AI from a promising technology into a lasting competitive advantage.
